The JOB:
Restaurant Server - Baleen Restaurant / Breakfast/Lunch Shift / Part-time
The Baleen Server is responsible for taking guest orders, delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests with the standard of excellence expected from Noble House Hotels and Resorts guests. Making recommendations, is key in providing outstanding service and our guests, look to our Baleen service team to provide suggestions, from the culinary delights created by our award winning Executive Chef.

- A Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Previous experience in a similar position in a hospitality environment preferably with 2 years of fine dining experience
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
- Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.
- LaPlaya provides on site training to servers to ensure they are serve safe and alcohol awareness certified, and state requirements are met.
