We're a busy resort with 100 guest rooms, 2 restaurants, a tranquil and tropical Spa, picturesque pool and lounge, fitness center, and so much more!

A day in the life...
Hot Tin Roof is a local and guest favorite that has led the way in describing the intangible “Key West Cuisine.” Our menu features Cuban and Caribbean cuisine aspects, local ingredients like seafood, and seasonal produce from mangos to tomatoes. The Hot Tin Roof Restaurant Greeter will greet and seat restaurant guests, assist with guests needs such as reservations, recommendations, and more. The Restaurant Greeter may also be cross-trained for additional roles within the restaurant.
Requirements
You own this if you have... Previous Host-ess experience or equivalent experience working in a restaurant. Ability to greet and seat guests in a finer dining restaurant. AM and PM availability is ideal for optimal shift coverage.
