Assist with any additional revenue performance related analysis as assigned. Position will support Revenue Management.

The Revenue Management Analyst supports Director of Revenue Management (DORM) with the execution of effective transient/group inventory pricing strategies and generates various reporting needs for the property. Assist with any additional revenue performance related analysis as assigned. Position will support Revenue Management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - (not All Inclusive)
- Manage/monitor Central Reservations System and Global Distribution Systems to maintain consistency with property level inventory strategies and align with Noble House’s Best Available Rate (BAR) pricing philosophy.
- Administer the input of data and report generation in the daily, weekly and monthly reports utilized in selling and merchandising room inventory.
- Manage group block activity; responsible for management of group cutoff dates, securing and reviewing all rooming lists, monitoring group block activity (i.e. pickup, wash). When necessary or appropriate, communicate with group sales manager or coordinator.
- Managing Guest Ledger.
- Manage Travel Agent commissions.
- Be the gate keeper of systems, data integrity and channel parity.
- Work in concert with accounting to settle disputes and guest ledger balances.
- Meet deadlines as established by corporate and internally.
- Ensure property is visible via distribution channels as approved and required by Noble House Hotels & Resorts for appropriate dates of inventory.
- Participate and provide input to assist in implementation of Revenue Management tactics for the next 12 months with focus on the next 90 days.
- Ensure that all contracts/products are loaded accurately into the PMS, SynXis and any other Noble House approved systems and monitor accuracy and effectiveness of these systems.
- Provide input to assist with strategic decision-making regarding implementation restriction strategies for all inventories in all systems.
- Monitor competitors’ rates and hotel performance to support revenue strategies.
- Maintain open communication with DORM and hotel team to drive revenue goals.
- Track and audit all changes made to pricing changes and yield strategies.
- Participate in all strategy meetings, produce meeting minutes in the appropriate corporate format and distribute to necessary parties.

- 1 years’ experience in Reservations and/or Revenue Management.
- Previous experience in hospitality industry, preferably a 3-star or greater.
- Must possess computer skills, including but not limited to accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Opera, Infor/HMS, and Delphi
- Prior experience with Star Report analysis is preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the work place.
- Requires clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to conduct problem exploration.
- Facilitate, prioritize, and make best use of time.
- Shift into appropriate role that matches the requirements of the situation.

- Perform guest billing analysis and resolutions.
- Must be able to maintain a positive disposition at all times while seeking to resolve billing issues with guests and 3rd party effectively.

- Perform assigned tasks with great attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of competitive hotels (upper, direct and lower tier).
- Complete knowledge of hotel rooms and meeting related services available to guests.
- Comprehension of reservations sales process.
- Understanding of the group sales process.
