Position Overview: We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our Manager in Training

program. This structured program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on

experience in various aspects of marketing, sales, and management. Please note, this is not a

door-to-door, not a remote, and not a commission-only position. The role requires in-office

training in Columbia, MD, three times a week, along with travel to nearby retail locations for

face-to-face marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Participate in all aspects of direct marketing campaigns, from planning to execution.

 Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

 Collaborate with senior managers to understand business operations and client

management.

 Engage in sales activities to gain firsthand experience in client interactions.

 Attend regular training sessions at our Columbia office to enhance leadership and

managerial skills.

 Travel to various retail locations in the designated regions to support marketing

initiatives.

Qualifications:

 High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

 Demonstrated leadership abilities through extracurricular activities, internships, or

previous employment.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to various roles as needed.
