Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fulfillment Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the fulfillment of our baked goods ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently, and that our logistics operations run smoothly. This role is critical to the success of our organization and requires someone with a strong background in logistics and operations management.
The packing person is expected to box our fresh made pies at a consistent rate while paying attention to detail. The job can be easy and fun for those who like to work independently and for those who are able to work with others while staying focused.

Monday 3:30-9:30PM
Tuesday 3:30-9:30PM
Wednesday 3:30-9:00PM
Thursday: 3:30-9:30PM
Friday: 4:00-11:00PM
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire fulfillment process, from receiving and storing inventory to picking and packing orders for shipment.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including warehouse workers and supervisors.
- Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure that all shipments are loaded and delivered on time.
- Manage inventory levels, track inventory movement, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure that inventory is properly allocated to meet production requirements.
- Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Identify and address any potential issues or bottlenecks in the fulfillment process.
- Identify and address any potential opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that warehouse operations are integrated into the overall operations of the organization.
