What You'll Do
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance schedule utilizing our ERP system to ensure maximum uptime for injection molding machinery and additional facilities equipment.
- Guide and inspire your team within a dynamic environment, focusing on safety and efficiency.
- Implement and manage a cutting-edge preventative maintenance program.
- Minimum of three years in a supervisory maintenance role.
- At least seven years of experience in sectors such as Aviation, Automotive Service, HVAC, or Factory Maintenance.
- A technical certification or an associate degree in an industrial field is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.
- Maintain and optimize the performance of plastic injection molding machines.
- Repair and enhance auxiliary equipment and systems.
- Independently address repairs while coordinating with team efforts when necessary.
- Track and complete detailed repair documentation at each shift's end.
- Conduct building and facilities maintenance, and upgrade projects.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening. Random drug tests apply.
- Consistent ability to engage in physical activities such as lifting and maneuvering equipment.
- Valid driver's license and readiness for potential limited travel.
