- Be the guardian of our inventory—ensure we have everything we need for quick repairs and replacements.
- Assess tools and advise upgrades when necessary to boost safety and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulation checks; a well-inspected tool is the backbone of safety.
- Lead training sessions, guiding peers on best practices for tool usage and care.
- Thoroughly document maintenance processes to keep records transparent and informative.
- Collaborate with production teams to harmonize tooling schedules with production goals.
