What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Noble Plastics?
I. Job Description:
The Project Manager will work the Industrial Designers, Engineers and Sales Representatives to identify, develop and deliver custom solutions to our industry and our customers.
III. Essential Functions:
Provide leadership and management of project resources
Acts as the front-line contact with client representation on all project related issues
Builds and maintains a strong reference-able customer relationship with the customer’s management and project teams
Manages the overall development and implementation lifecycle of a project, ensuring compliance with standards.
Prepares project scope and develops project plans, defines resource loading, skill requirements, milestones, and metrics
Monitors and documents project status; anticipates problems and resolves them or escalates them to appropriate level of management for resolution
Assist with managing the project budget including managing of forecasts against actuals, travel and expenses, and collection of receivables
Provides direction for deployment and change management activities
Responsible for preparing and submitting regularly progress reports to customer and management
Demonstrate the ability to learn new functionality and strive to be an industry expert

I IV. Qualifications:
- 4 or more years managing complex projects and programs
- Professional certification such as PMP
- Experience managing medium-to-large design and development projects
- Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
- Experience with project management software; Jira preferred
