Summary
Noble Protection Group, LLC, is seeking Security Officers to provide a visible deterrent for clients in a retail environment.
Active unarmed security guard license holders are preferred.
Schedule:
Multiple schedules are available during the hours of 6 am and 10 pm.
Qualifications:
- Unarmed security licenses are a plus!
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Great customer service skills
- Must possess a working smart phone and have the ability to use smart apps.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
Starting wage is $22 - 23 per hour. Pay is bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide a visible presence to prevent theft and help ensure safety.
- Manage conflict situations with effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Collaborate with management as needed and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Uphold all security policies and procedures to protect staff and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
