We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This position requires strong conflict management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
- Provide assistance to residents, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security or related field is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification is a plus
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Must have or be able to get Arizona unarmed guard license
