This position is a Temp-to-Hire position. If hired, you will be on a 90 day probationary period while Noble assesses your work ethic and competencies along with attendance and professionalism. After the probationary period, depending on your performance review and business needs at that time, you may be selected to transition to a permanent Full-Time Desk PA position, with additional required licensing.
As an Administrative Assistant to the Desk Public Adjuster, you will support the Claims Department at Noble Public Adjusting Group through administrative and clerical tasks. This job entails a variety of assignments and the scope of work may change from day to day. You will mainly assist in contacting clients with updates to their claims, keep record of any interactions you have with the client, and support the Desk Public Adjuster with overflow of administrative work- all while providing excellent customer service.

As an Administrative Assistant to the Desk Public Adjuster, you will support the Claims Department at Noble Public Adjusting Group through administrative and clerical tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multi-line phone switchboard; take appropriate notes and update your Desk PA and/or the Client Management System on all interactions with clients
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying
- Sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers and adhere to each accordingly
- Assist clients with problems or questions regarding claims by phone and email (information shared will be limited to specific types of conversations or interactions as you may not be licensed to relay specifics)
- Assist in maintaining physical/electronic claim files, including capturing claim information in claim management systems, ensuring all documentation and notes are concise and up-to-date
- Confer with and assist in client-related issues with your designated Desk Public Adjuster as needed to maintain good customer relations
- Use a professional sense of urgency as required
- Provide an engaging and positive experience to each client
- Present the highest levels of service to Noble clients and industry partners
- Obtain required licensing to preform job. (paid by the company)
- Accommodate as needed in multiple departments in some cases, including Business Development, HR, and the Front Desk
- Superior and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven administrative experience working under pressure in a fast-paced, professional client services environment
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize work
- Maintain a professional appearance and friendly, personable, positive disposition
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy when completing all tasks
- Ability to take instructions, manage ongoing tasks, and follow through on assignments
- Consistently demonstrate a highly professional work ethic and be a team player with a willingness to take initiative to solve problems
- Proficiency with computers, Client Management Systems, Microsoft Office programs, printers, email systems, internal messaging systems, voicemail messaging systems, photocopiers/scanners, and any other office related equipment or system
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative position, and/ or
- At least 2 year experience in a professional office setting
- High School Diploma required, some college preferred
- Due to the nature of work within our company, you must have the ability and be willing to obtain a Public Adjusting License within one week of your hire date. Obtain the next license within your 90 days. This job is an entry level position. After the licensing required, you may be offered a Desk Public Adjusting position.
