Product Manager

Noble Research Institute
Ardmore, OK Full Time
POSTED ON 3/1/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/29/2025

SALARY RANGE : $93,680-$117,096

At Noble, we believe the health of soil, plants, animals, and humans is one and indivisible. We believe in rebuilding healthy soils and helping producers maintain a strong bottom line. Through these two actions, we can transform degraded grazing lands across the United States, benefiting the environment and society as a whole.

Our focus is to help farmers and ranchers apply regenerative ranching principles to the nation's 654 million acres of grazing lands. This monumental undertaking requires thousands of producers across the U.S. to overcome significant barriers and change their current practices to work with nature, not against it.

Our Producer Guidance team is at the heart of our mission. They are the key link connecting our internal research discoveries and educational outreach activities directly to our customers. We live to find new ways to generate usable information so farmers and ranchers can leave their land better at sunset than at sunrise. Our education and outreach program is the inflection point for transformation. Education has always been a part of who we are, but we know new opportunities exist for us to expand our reach.

So, do you want to join us? We are looking for a Product Manager

As product manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, development, and management of a specific product or product line (as part of a total curriculum portfolio) in collaboration with the product delivery team and product owner. Farming and Ranching is a business, and like any other business, growth and prosperity is the vision of our farmers and ranchers. Your contribution is key to the development of educational products that support the owners, managers, and stewards of U.S. grazing lands as they begin or continue their journey to implement regenerative practices in a profitable manner. The work you do can play a part in making a difference in a producer's operation, their life and the society that depends on them.

You are :

  • A motivator. Your active listening skills and awareness of others and their behavior, enables you to strategically, plan, develop, and manage product development to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • A builder of relationships. You promote trusting relationships with open dialogue and an outward mindset.
