We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to guide teams through PI Planning and ensure smooth execution of the Architectural Runway. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions leveraging modern and legacy technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

PI Planning & Execution :

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and document product requirements.

• Act as a guide for development teams during PI Planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and sustain an Architectural Runway to support continuous delivery.

Full Stack Development :

Build and maintain robust applications using Java , React , and legacy systems like Apache .

Build & Optimization :

Create and manage build containers for seamless development workflows.

Deployment & Cloud Infrastructure :

Deploy applications on cloud platforms, including AWS (Kubernetes, EKS, Oracle) and Elastic .

CI / CD Implementation :

Establish and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps .

Team Leadership :

Mentor and guide engineering teams to meet sprint and release goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

Proficiency in Java , React , Aspose , and legacy systems like Apache .

Agile Leadership :

Experience leading or participating in PI Planning sessions.

Problem-Solving Skills :

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications in both legacy and modern environments.
