Duties :
- Perform initial audit to ensure borrower information, signatures and initials are accurate
- Review Deed / Mortgage documents to ensure recordable documents are present
- Shipping the audited packages based on the lender requirements
- Mail the recording documents to the county office for recording
- Manage abstractor network for Walk-in-Recording based on the county coverage
- Managing Mailroom and Document Management
- Managing Trailing Documents
- Handling Checks
- Prior experience working with offshore team would be added advantage
