- Knowledge managing and supporting IAM and Directory services in a hybrid-cloud environment. Products and services such as: Microsoft Entra-ID, Microsoft Active Directory, OKTA, Kerberos, LDAP, DFS, Certificate Services, Replication and Synchronization of LDAP directories. (8 years)
- Knowledge of Group Policy, Endpoint Security, Virtual Server Snapshots, Trust relationships, Active Directory sites and services. (8 years)
- Experience in security and vulnerability management, utilizing advanced knowledge of hybrid-cloud security measures to mitigate risks effectively. (5 years)
- Experience in desktop image creation, maintenance, and software packaging and deployment using ManageEngine Endpoint Central. (5 years)
- Proficient in automation scripting to enhance productivity and efficiency in hybrid-cloud Windows and O365 environments.
- Expertise in PowerShell and Graph API, with additional experience in Python and Bash
