(1.) To coordinate with various project stakeholders(project manager, customer, internal teams) in various stages of the project(planning, conducting UAT, Trainings, Early Life Support) to ensure on time delivery of deliverables.
(2.) To effectively prepare and validate the functional specification document and work closely with the technical teams in various stages of the project.
(3.) To gather client requirements and prepare process design post suitability assessment.
(4.) To standardize the solution offering for reusability in other projects. (5.) To support pre-sales team in RFP response and solution defense.
