We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead the redesign of our Content Management System (CMS).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and CMS platforms.
This role involves gathering requirements analyzing business processes and ensuring the successful implementation of the new CMS to enhance our content management capabilities.

Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering process mapping and documentation of functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the CMS redesign.
Analyze current content management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Act as a liaison between business units IT teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Develop functional specifications and design documents for the new CMS.
Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the new CMS meets business requirements.
Develop training materials and provide training sessions for endusers on the new CMS functionalities.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements design specifications and user guides.
