Job Title : Clinical Imaging Radiology PACS Specialist
Location : St. Louis, MO(Remote)
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Clinical Imaging Radiology PACS Specialist to backfill a recently vacated position. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in the evaluation, engineering / design, and implementation services for new products, technologies, and solutions to address corporate business requirements in the service area of imaging systems (PACS, Voice Recognition, etc.). This role requires troubleshooting application problems, analyzing events, and applying technical knowledge to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide expertise in the evaluation, engineering / design, and implementation services for new products, technologies, and solutions in imaging systems.
Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
Troubleshoot application problems independently.
Apply working knowledge of at least one technology environment to address and resolve problems.
Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and / or detailed specifications.
Write clear and concise documentation according to standards.
Share knowledge effectively within the work team.
Skills / Experience :
Basic knowledge and skill sets for supported platforms / products and environments in the Clinical Imaging Space.
Basic awareness and understanding of emerging trends and technologies in Healthcare IT.
Cardiology imaging experience.
Implementation experience (lead, analyst, or project coordinator).
Experience leading or assisting with new projects.
Ability to work independently.
Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Merge Cardio, CPACS.
Experience with Merge Cardio, Epiphany CardioServer, Change CPACS, Merge Hemo is a plus.
Education :
Bachelor's degree is preferred, especially for candidates interested in converting to a full-time employee.
Technical Skills :
Project Management : 5-7 years of experience.
PACS, Radiology, Cardiology : 6 years of experience.
ServiceNow : 5-7 years of experience.
Implementation : 6 years of experience.
