Analysis and Solution Development :
Conduct scoped studies such as risk analyses and gap analyses for clients to identify technical vulnerabilities and areas of improvement.
Document findings recommendations and technical solutions in a structured actionable format.
Project Planning and Cost Estimation :
Define project opportunities and identify required team members based on skills and expertise.
Develop project costing and budget estimates to align with client requirements and business objectives.
Performance Measurement :
Define specific performance measures targets and goals to enable clients to track the success of implemented solutions.
Articulate the linkage between performance metrics and the clients overall strategy or mission building a strong business case.
Client Engagement and Strategy :
