Key Responsibilities :
- Accessibility Audits : Conduct thorough evaluations of websites and applications to identify and document accessibility issues, ensuring compliance with standards such as WCAG 2.1, ADA, and Section 508.
- UI Component Development : Design and implement accessible user interface components using frameworks like Angular and React, ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to integrate accessibility best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Project Management : Utilize Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and document accessibility requirements and issues.
- Training and Support : Provide guidance and training to team members on accessibility standards and best practices, fostering an inclusive development environment.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest accessibility trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the accessibility of our digital products.
