- Derive solutions for Technical issues and convince Stakeholders on resolution, backed-up with sound engineering basics & judgment
- Understand internal / external customer needs and translate them to specific packaging, and process specifications.
- Design / Engineer robust and manufacturable packaging through strong understanding and application of engineering fundamentals.
- Analyze design solutions using engineering principles and propose economic, efficient and safe solutions.
- Develop design verification strategies, traceability matrices & associated requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organization's quality policies, procedures and practices.
- Prepare technical reports based on design verification testing.
- Ensure quality of deliverables, including design, data summary, interpretation and report generation.
