Enterprise Chat program powered by Generative AI is revolutionizing the digital patient experience by creating all-in-one digital ecosystem and connecting multiple omnichannel modalities of the healthcare experience. This program seeks to deliver a more efficient, reliable, seamless, user-friendly, and personalized customer experience that prioritizes patient needs and enhances overall healthcare quality.

Technical Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Chat platforms and technology. This role will act as a key liaison between business and the technology teams for Enterprise Chat and Generative AI driven programs. They will drive understanding of the business needs and then translating that into technical requirements as well as combining technical expertise with strategic product management skills to define, execute, and deliver prioritized features. This will also include working on details such as data structure mapping, data flow, working with tech teams to support create user stories, curate backlog, perform first and second level UAT etc.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and implementation of creative, high-quality requirement roadmaps based on Enterprise Chat strategy, goals and vision.
  • Manage prioritization, improvements and trade-offs based on experience, user feedback, scope, technical feasibility, and time to market.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis of data to identify new enhancement opportunities to guide product improvement.
  • Manage backlog planning and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including engineers, designers and business or subject matter representatives.
  • Work closely with frontend / backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver solutions to market.
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of our solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals
  • Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs / experience and business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture.
  • Influence and work with the team to ensure user experience is smooth and intuitive.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and chatbot performance data to continuously improve the user experience and increase engagement.
  • Own and manage the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints / iterations of backlog are always ready.
  • Monitor progress using organized approved tools and provide regular updates to executives and stakeholders.
  • Define and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark solution success.
  • Drive product launches including working with business stakeholders, engineers, and other cross functional teams across the enterprise.
  • Play active role in optimization and process improvements, for teams to easily understand, build, and maintain best in class software systems.
  • Provide leadership, technology guidance and mentor others throughout their domain.
  • Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation with new technologies and solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • Experience with chatbot deployment in enterprise settings or large-scale applications
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, and chatbot development technologies
  • Understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures
  • 5 years of experience working as Techno-functional Lead / Design lead / Solution lead / Technical Product Manager
  • The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear product specifications and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders is a must.
  • Facilitates dialogues that produce new perspectives and trigger recommendations for substantial innovative / enhancement, and analysis of consequences.
  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
  • Database knowledge SQL, NoSQL, table structure, data relationships

  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Masters' Degree Preferred
  • Experience in chatbot implementations, enterprise applications and healthcare will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI best practices and ethical considerations in chatbot design.
  • Hands-on experience working with development teams on conversational AI or NLP-driven products.
  • In-depth experience with building application programming interfaces (API) and consumer facing solutions.
