Noblesoft Technologies seeks a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting services to internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other hardware and software applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including switches, firewalls, and terminal servers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including incident reports and service requests.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT or technology company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
