Noblis-ESI is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager with a background in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) to support the National Reconnaissance Office’s (NRO) Mission Integration Directorate (MID).
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy for the team to improve knowledge sharing, retention, and accessibility.
- Manage and configure SharePoint sites to ensure efficient document and information management.
- Develop custom scripts and applications using JavaScript to enhance and automate knowledge management processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and effective use of knowledge management tools.
- Monitor and analyze knowledge usage and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement knowledge management solutions.
- Design and maintain centralized knowledge repositories, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible content (e.g., documentation, reports, lessons learned, best practices) for Program Office use.
- Stay current with trends, technologies, and best practices in systems engineering and knowledge management to ensure the team remains on the cutting edge of industry standards.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of processes to transfer knowledge from experienced team members to new hires, ensuring continuity in expertise and reducing knowledge gaps.
- Promote and manage the use of knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring that tools are effectively utilized and meet the needs of the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, demonstrate an additional 4 years of related acquisition experience per level if no bachelor's degree is held.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
- Experience in knowledge management and tools such as SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
- Understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
