About the Role
Noblis is seeking a Program Management Specialist to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Systems and Surveillance Services directorates within the Program Management Organization (PMO). As a non-technical subject matter expert, you will provide managerial or domain knowledge of the FAA or Federal government, particularly in diverse operational and geopolitical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and project management, including planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and conducting ATO organizational activities.
- Providing expertise in FAA or federal government processes, including specialized applications and systems.
- Design, develop, prepare, and review management and technical reports and project or task activities as directed.
- Interface with government management personnel, contractor managers, and customer agency representatives to ensure effective communication and meetings.
Qualifications
- 20 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree counts for three years of experience.
- PhD counts for additional three years of experience.
