About the Role
Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in system integration, cybersecurity, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of submarine systems and be able to provide technical assistance to support various Naval Sea Systems Commands (NAVSEA) missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop system requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct physical and functional configuration audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Create alteration installation teams and supporting documentation, including technical manuals.
- Collaborate with fleet personnel to implement and field new systems.
- Develop and execute test plans as Test Director, utilizing SUBMEPP Test Standards.
- Travel to fleet concentration areas to complete System Operability Verification Testing.
- Train fleet personnel on system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems field.
- 5 years of work experience, or HS Diploma with 11 years of experience in similar duties.
- Up to 25% travel required.
- Experience with Fault Tolerant Processing and Sec certification preferred.
