NOBU Hotel Atlanta, the state-of-the-art addition to the world-renowned NOBU Hospitality brand, is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Guest Service Agent.
In this role you will welcome our guests to Nobu Hotel Atlanta and assist them with the check-in and check-out process courteously and efficiently. Following the Nobu, philosophies you will provide guests with information and answer questions about local attractions, restaurants, and attractions.
We are looking for people with positive attitudes and exceptional communication skills who can work a flexible schedule that accommodates the needs of the business.
Essential Functions
- Check guests in and out, noting and fulfilling special requests.
- Verify guest information and capture credit card information accurately.
- Acknowledge all guests, anticipate guests' needs, and respond promptly to all requests.
- Answer department telephone following company guidelines.
- Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities.
- Communicate services and amenities of the hotel to guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
