We are looking for a Manager of Customer and Business Insights Analytics to immerse themselves in data—analyzing, interpreting, and transforming it into actionable insights that drive our rapidly growing eCommerce. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce and Marketing Analytics, this role will be heads down in the data, dissecting customer journeys, product engagement, and critical metrics such as LTV, churn, and acquisition. The ideal candidate will thrive on data exploration and visualization, possess a consulting background, and be hands-on with data manipulation, dashboard creation, and advanced analytics tools. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical skills, deep expertise in digital marketing and eCommerce analytics, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze key digital and eCommerce metrics (e.g., traffic, sales, conversion rates) to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Use advanced customer data and analytics tools (CDPs, propensity, cohort, LTV, etc.) to inform marketing and merchandising strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop segmentation, predictive modeling, and A/B testing
  • Create interactive dashboards and automated reports with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for real-time insights
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure analytics insights are accessible and easy to understand across the organization


Qualifications:

  • 4 years in analytics, eCommerce, or consulting, preferably in retail or consumer goods
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
  • Experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment, Tealium, Adobe AEP)
  • Proven experience supporting digital sales and marketing through data analysis
  • Skilled in storytelling and presenting complex data in an understandable way
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive business impact through data
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative and proactive mindset
