The Community Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the pool area is clean, safe, and welcoming for all residents and guests. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas, enforcing pool rules and maintaining safety protocols, while creating a memorable experience for residents and guests.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the pool, pool deck, and the surrounding areas.
- Assist with rentals, including setup and cleanup of events.
- Empty trash bins and collect litter around the pool.
- Interact with residents and guests and provide information regarding the pool while they utilize the facilities and maintain a professional manner.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
- Report any equipment issues to management immediately.
