The Opportunity
As a Territory Manager in the Midwest, you’ll be NOCD’s boots-on-the-ground leader in IL, MN, WI, & MI driving partnerships with prescribers and health systems to connect OCD patients with life-changing ERP therapy. The American Psychiatric Association recognizes ERP, alongside medication management, as the first-line treatment for OCD—yet prescribers often lack referral options. That’s where you come in. You’ll expand our reach, build strategic relationships, and grow our presence in an uncapped market, all while representing the nation’s leading specialty therapy provider.
What You’ll Do
- Grow Existing Partnerships: Strengthen ties with leading behavioral health prescriber groups and large health systems across the Midwest.
- Forge New Connections: Identify and onboard new prescriber partners to expand NOCD’s referral network.
- Raise Awareness: Educate clinicians about ERP therapy, ensuring OCD patients get referred to evidence-based care.
- Hit Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals while tracking progress in our CRM system.
- Build Relationships: Engage C-suite executives and key stakeholders with strategic, impactful conversations.
- Represent NOCD: Uphold our mission and values with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.

Who You Are
- Experienced: You bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of B2B sales experience (e.g., SaaS, ADP, Paycom, etc.), with a proven track record of engaging customers and closing deals.
- Self-Starter: You excel in both in-person and virtual settings, taking initiative to drive results.
- Strategic Thinker: You’ve got a knack for operations and startup environments (a plus!).
- Relationship Builder: You’re comfortable pitching to C-suite leaders and implementing strategic plans.
- Road Warrior: You’re willing to travel up to 75% to meet partners where they are.
