Position: Field Technician (Levels 1-5)
Location: Fort Collins, CO Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range Based on Experience & Skill Level
- Level 1: $22-25/hour
- Level 2: $25-28/hour
- Level 3: $28-31/hour
- Level 4: $31-34/hour
- Level 5: $34-38/hour
Position Overview
Field Technicians at NOCO Basements are responsible for executing basement finishing projects to our high quality standards. As you progress through our skill-based levels, you'll take on increasingly complex work, greater independence, and mentorship responsibilities, while gaining access to higher compensation.
Core Responsibilities
- Complete assigned construction tasks according to plans and specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Document work completed through our project management system (Buildertrend)
- Continually develop technical skills and knowledge
- Support team members and contribute to our collaborative environment
- Maintain positive client interactions and represent the company professionally
Qualifications for Entry Level (Field Tech Level 1)
- No prior construction experience required – we will train you
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform construction activities throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Basic math skills and ability to learn how to take accurate measurements
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
