Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills
- Multifamily construction project management experience
- Budgeting and project control experience
- Minimum OSHA 10
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with various construction management software platforms.
- Strong skill with Excel, Outlook, & Word
- Estimating and proposal writing skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Understanding of the construction permitting and inspection process.
