WE’RE HIRING: Client Services Representative – Evans, CO

Are you a people person with a passion for animals? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team at our Weld Campus in Evans, CO! As the first point of contact at our shelter, YOU will play a vital role in providing top-quality client service while supporting the animals in our care. Hourly rate is $16.85. Closes April 14th, 2025, or when filled.
NOCO Humane is an independent nonprofit working to further the compassionate, safe, and responsible relationship between animals and people.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide high-quality in-person and telephone customer service.
- Assist clients with adoptions, intakes, returns, and lost pet reports.
- Educate the public on responsible pet ownership and local ordinances.
- Process payments, documentation, and accurate data entry.
- Handle and care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and small mammals.
- Administer vaccinations (training provided) and assist with basic animal handling.
- Maintain a clean and safe public environment for clients and animals.
- Work directly with law enforcement regarding lost, stray, or confiscated animals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous animal welfare or handling experience is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (reading, writing, speaking, understanding) is a plus (wage premium offered!).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including cleaning and animal handling.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License and insurable driving record (for employees 21 ).
