We’re looking for a Cinematographer to join our growing media team and use your visual storytelling abilities to bring our product and branding to life. You will be responsible for the overall look and visual style for product advertising content from the brief to final visual. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy collaboration with a cross functional team, this role is for you.

About the Role:

As the Cinematographer, you’ll be a key member of the media production team responsible for capturing the visual elements of a story. You’ll work closely with the Producer, Editor, and others to determine the style and aesthetic of a project and then use your technical and artistic skills to bring it to life on screen.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform duties of a camera operator/director of photography on a wide variety of video productions, from narrative to short-form projects and from micro-crews to larger, more complex sets.
• Direct video advertisement projects from project brief to delivery, working with key team members along the way to achieve the original vision.
• Select appropriate equipment for productions, maintain gear.
• Proven experience with short-form product video advertisements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Great portfolio demonstrating visual capabilities, short form advertising work preferred.
• At least 5 years of cinematography or director of photography experience in a professional role, preferably for consumer product advertisements.
• Skilled and comfortable in all areas of hands-on video production, including operating modern filmmaking cameras, lights, grip equipment, etc.
• Ability to function well in a small crew setting or as a part of a larger crew, whether assisting or coordinating the entire production.
• A creative mind with the ability to find visually compelling ways of translating product features into imagery.
• Skilled with modern film technology, LED lighting, audio equipment, microphones, and recorders is a requirement.
• Comfortable operating drones and Part 107 Drone Certified would be highly preferred.
• Experience with Sony FX series cameras would be ideal.
• Great sense of timing and ability to craft compelling content matching NOCO's brand ethos.
• Self-starter who can quickly grasp a creative concept and take proactive steps to further the vision without close supervision.
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams to develop high-performing content.
• A strong multi-tasker who can meet deadlines by prioritization.
• Candidates that live within a daily commutable distance of Chandler, AZ.
