About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test Engineer to join our R&D Engineering team, working on new product development. As a key member of the technical team, you will develop and execute manual and automated testing, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Test Requirements: Develop requirements for design verification and qualification testing on new products, assemblies, and components.
- Develop Test Methods: Create test methods and procedures, designing manual and automated test fixtures and jigs.
- Execute Tests: Perform tests, interpret test results, and assist with finding solutions to issues.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Troubleshoot and debug electronics assemblies and circuit boards during development.
- Supplier and Customer Interaction: Occasional travel to suppliers and customers may be required to support product development and resolve issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with significant experience in testing and validation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug electronic circuits and systems.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as DMM, oscilloscope, and data acquisition.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
