Position Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release and end of life. This position is the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, quality and marketing as the product(s) move from production through distribution.
Essential Functions:

Collaborates with management to establish strategic plans and objectives.

Implements functional strategy and contributes to the development of product related systems and mechanisms.

Develops sound mechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical data of scientific merit on all technologies developed.

Leads business planning, competitive landscaping and market analysis for each assigned product segment to identify new pipeline decisions and line extensions.

Creates and manages a project plan for each project in conjunction with the product development team.

Leads coordination and documentation of project team activities including kick-off meetings, design review meetings, customer feedback reviews, launch planning and presentations to senior leadership.

Identifies and documents unmet customer needs within current and new markets.

Develops comprehensive marketing plans for product introduction in coordination with all cross-functional partners.

Supports Product Development to ensure timely and high-quality documentation of each project according to the company’s quality policy and regulatory bodies.

Develops training material, product literature, brochures, sales binders, and sales support collateral to support launch of new products. Supports the development of all product-specific materials.

Partners with operations and purchasing to support supply chain activities. Assists with forecasting and inventory management for all projects.

Develops a strong product expertise to facilitate key customer management and support Noctrix events.

Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of Product Management or related experience; Master’s Degree preferred

Experience with new product introduction and lifecycle management in the Medical Device field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advanced project management skills

Proven history driving collaboration with multiple teams to achieve results

Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
