The Chief of Staff at Noctrix Health is a strategic and operational leader who works closely with the CEO to amplify their effectiveness and drive company-wide priorities. This high-impact role serves as the central coordinator for executive initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and optimizing organizational performance. Acting as a thought partner to the CEO, the Chief of Staff manages strategic projects, enhances cross-functional collaboration, and facilitates decision-making at the highest levels.
This role bridges strategy and execution, enabling the CEO to focus on long-term vision and growth. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, managing critical priorities, setting measurable goals, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position requires a balance of strategic insight, operational excellence, and exceptional communication skills, combined with the ability to lead initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership :
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering strategic counsel and insights for high-impact decision-making
Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and key documentation for high-stakes meetings and events
Facilitate and manage weekly executive meetings, ensuring agenda setting, follow-ups, and accountability tracking
Lead strategic projects, including investor updates, executive presentations, and leadership retreats
Develop and implement policies that enhance collaboration and operational efficiency while aligning with Noctrix Health's mission and values
Oversee the company's OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process, collaborating with functional leads to set, monitor, and refine measurable goals
