Job Summary:
The Financial and Accounting Specialist will manage financial statements, prepare call reports, and ensure accurate financial reporting. A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting is required. Preferably within a financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with call report preparation and filing
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting
- Experience with financial statements and call reports
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
