Your Contribution
As our Founding Product Designer , you’ll have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reinvent a crucial industry. You’ll be the first designer at NodaFi, playing a critical role in shaping not just the product, but the future of design in our company and the industry as a whole. Your work will directly impact how millions of people operate in the real world :
- Design Strategist : You’ll help define our product vision and create a seamless experience across the entire platform, balancing long-term design goals with the immediate needs of a fast-moving startup.
- User Advocate : You’ll lead user research and testing, gaining deep insights into customer needs to shape intuitive solutions.
- Builder : You’ll design everything from scratch—from product interfaces to branding—laying the foundation for our design systems and processes that will scale with the company.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator : You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure design excellence is integrated into every part of the product and company.
- Business Partner : You’ll articulate how design decisions directly impact the company’s bottom line, helping to prioritize design efforts that provide the most value.
