• College degree preferred
• Outside sales experience required

Applicants who posses strong interpersonal skills, have a history of success in sales (minimum experience- 1 year), a competitive nature, and solid organizational skills will be considered. Some farm and ranch background is a plus. This position will require the selected candidate to obtain a ND. Life, Health & Accident and a Property/Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outside sales activities to promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and target demographics.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client needs.
• Provide accurate information regarding policy benefits and coverage options.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $124,480.98 per year
