Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented barbacks to join our team for the 2025 season. Barbacks play a critical role in supporting bartenders, ensuring the bar stays stocked, clean, and running efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and want to gain hands-on experience in the bar industry. The barback is essential in keeping high-volume service flowing smoothly in our vibrant indoor and outdoor venue featuring live music, DJ nights, salsa nights, and special events.
Responsibilities:
- Stock and Restock the Bar – Ensure bartenders have a continuous supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and garnishes.
- Maintain Bar Cleanliness – Keep workstations clean, remove trash, and wash and organize glassware to keep service efficient.
- Monitor and Replenish Inventory – Track stock levels and quickly restock when supplies run low to prevent service delays.
- Support Bartenders/Kiosk During Peak Hours – Anticipate needs and help maintain fast service by refilling ice bins, collecting used glassware, and preparing garnishes.
- Follow Health and Safety Standards – Maintain a clean work environment and follow all sanitation and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with Bar Closing Duties – Restock, clean, and prepare the bar for the next shift.
- Work as a Team Player – Communicate with bartenders and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

- Strong Work Ethic and Stamina – Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks like lifting kegs and restocking supplies.

Job Details:
- Seasonal Position – Soft opening in early April (weather permitting) and running through late October
- Part-time hours available (Morning and Night Shifts)
