Design federated learning architectures for 1000 node tactical edge networks. Implement secure MPC protocols enabling cross-domain data sharing with <300ms latency. Optimize QUIC-based communication stacks for operation under persistent jamming conditions.

- AWS Snow Family experience
- Army program exposure
