Role :

As an experienced developer, the Midlevel / Senior RPA Developer facilitates the team’s delivery of quality RPA bots.
Participate in all bot development with the established agile delivery methodology and development standards.

Responsibilities :

Contribute to the development and testing of all RPA bots, ensuring they perform as intended and meet the requirements outlined in the user stories.

Assist in the user story development.

Design and develop code with a focus on outcome and target value metrics.

Assist with citizen development and code reuse efforts across the program.

Recommended Certifications :

UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification

Agile Certification

Cultural Fit :

Effective communication skills for team collaboration.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Comfortable with remote work.

Committed to the customer's mission and values.

Flexibility to adapt to varying organizational structures.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in RPA development.

Citizenship : US Citizen
