Key Responsibilities:

• Modify existing workbooks and develop basic new ones.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless solution integration.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support to users.
• Stay up-to-date with Kinaxis best practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in deploying or supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
• Authoring Level 1 Certification.
• Experience in editing existing workbooks or building basic ones.
• Super users are welcome if they have experience building workbooks.

Solution Consultant

About the Role: We are looking for a Solution Consultant with 2-3 years of experience deploying or supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro. This role requires an individual comfortable with medium-complexity workbook creation and minor data model tweaks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions with medium complexity.
• Configure and manage control tables and scenario trees.
• Modify and enhance existing workbooks and create new ones.
• Provide support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system workflows and capabilities.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in deploying or supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
• Authoring Level 1 & 2 Certifications.
• Proficiency in building medium-complexity workbooks.
• Familiarity with control tables, minor data model tweaks, and scenario trees.

Senior Solution Consultant

The ideal candidate will be adept at building high-complexity workbooks and configuring advanced features such as control tables, scenario trees, and data models.

• Lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions.
• Develop high-complexity workbooks tailored to client needs.
• Configure and optimize control tables, scenario trees, and data models.
• Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in deploying or supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
• Authoring Level 1, 2, and ideally Level 3 Certifications.
• Strong expertise in building complex workbooks and enhancing data models.
• Proficiency in configuring control tables and scenario trees.
• Scripting experience is a plus but not required.
