What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Interior Designer position at Noelle Interiors?
Position Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for collaborating on the design of projects from pre-design and development, through construction administration and management of installation. You will often lead project design efforts, client interactions, and presentations. You will possess strong leadership and team building skills to see projects through completion in a timely manner. You will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, vendors and team members to deliver projects.
Expected Responsibilities:
- Be a design team leader through all phases of the design process
- Have strong communication and time management skills
- Set pre-design inspirations for project palette, and provide directions to the team for development
- Manage overall vision and style direction, through design development, product specification, fabrication and installation
- Prepare construction documents related to all phases of each project
- Execute project designs within budget to maximum client satisfaction and optimal company margins
- Collaborate with Purchasing Project Manager on Vendor/Client/Contractor Correspondence
- Expert knowledge in IVY, ensuring all available resources are utilized
- Knowledge of preparing purchase orders, proposals and invoices for purchase
- Contribute to overall operations, including but not limited to: the development of new inspirations for custom furnishings and construction details
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
