They are intrigued and excited by creating one-of-a-kind experiences and partner closely with the Banquets and Food Beverage teams on events and daily experiences to achieve that goal. They are the eyes and ears of the department, and keenly watch over things with a passion for perfection.
Requested Tasks
- Hire and train team members
- Oversee the operational management of all Food Beverage experiences
- Keenly monitor and manage team members
- Supervise and manage inventory, labor, and other administrative tasks within Food Beverage
