Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Respond to and manage inquiries from policyholders, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding their insurance policies.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients in the claims process by providing guidance and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
Policy Management: Help clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals to ensure continuous satisfaction and compliance with agency standards.
Problem Resolution: Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Client Education: Educate customers about available insurance products and services, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management to enhance the customer service experience.
Requirements
Licensing: Current Property & Casualty OR Personal Lines license in the state of Michigan is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
