Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Consultative Sales: Provide comprehensive consultations to clients by analyzing their individual requirements and recommending tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Policy Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of client policies, ensuring efficient processing and timely renewals to maintain continuity of coverage.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek new sales opportunities through company provided warm leads, cold calling, networking, and engaging with clients via social media to expand the agency’s client base.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional client service by quickly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Awareness: Stay well-informed about industry trends and local market conditions to provide relevant advice, refine sales strategies, and better serve clients.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess an active Michigan Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in insurance sales or a customer-facing sales role preferred, with a proven track record of success.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, build rapport, and effectively explain insurance solutions.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service with a focus on satisfaction.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems and communication tools; comfortable handling virtual client interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changes in the insurance industry, along with the ability to work remotely as needed.
Salary : $50,000 - $90,000
