Job Brief: Serving our guests is a team effort involving Servers, Food Runners and Bussers. The primary duty of a busser is to ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests. A food runner’s primary duty is to pick up food as soon as the chef finishes the order, ensure the order is complete and accurate and then deliver the food to the table placing each item in front of the correct guest.
Responsibilities:
Server Assistant (Busser):
- Assist the servers
- Bring water to the tables, refill waters
- Buss tables and pre bus tables
- Box left overs
- Reset tables
- Take the guest anything they may request
Requirements:
- Some restaurant knowledge
- Be able to carry multiple plates
- Have good communication skills
- Be a team player
- Follow all Noi Thai’s standards and procedures
- Have a current food handlers card
