GAME DAY

Our Sports Bar Managers are on the front lines, operating our sports bars on a day to day basis. As a Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations on a shift by shift basis. You'll be the quarter back of the management Team, making sure every shift operates smoothly. You will help to provide support and direction for the Front of House and Heart of House Teams. If that weren't cool enough, you'll also be helping the Team to provide the ultimate social experience for our sports fans.

WE'LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK, HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You know the business. You have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations.
• You have the education and experience. You're a high school graduate or similar. Extra points if you bring a bachelor's degree and have 1 year of restaurant experience.

• You are a team player. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help your Team.
• You are team focused. You champion your Team and ensure that they have all the tools to be successful.

Knowledge and Skills include but are not limited to:

• Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed and results driven
• Adept at basic mathematical computations
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to maintain confidential information, as well as adhere to/enforce company policies, programs and compliance
• Understanding of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in order to serve BWWs Guests
• Strong skills in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
• Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and high degree of emotional intelligence in order to anticipate, recognize and solve Guest issues
• Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
• Must be reliable and dependable by being punctual, adhering to a schedule and covering shifts when necessary
• Maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members and Managers
